Hey, I am Amelie Deere, a qualified Hair and Makeup artist based in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales. I am available to work in the UK as a makeup trainee for film or TV productions and am also available for mobile hair and makeup appointments for prom, bridal or events. 

 

I am currently a TV & film apprentice with Sgil Cymru (until May 2026), where I have been able to work as a hair and makeup trainee on TV productions such as 'The Rapture' (Mammoth Screen) and 'Celebrity Puzzling' (Channel 5).  I attended Cardiff and Vale College where I qualified up to a Level 4 in theatrical hair, media makeup and special effects. While studying in college, I worked for beauty retailers such as Morphe Cosmetics and SpaceNK, where I frequently completed makeup services on customers and recommended suitable products for them. I also have completed a period wig styling course and have previous work experience in a hairdressing salon where I would offer blowdries and styling appointments as well as gel nail manicures.
